We are launching an innovative program aimed at young employees in the construction industry who want to develop their skills in management and leadership!
The program includes a series of workshops held once a month (on Fridays in the afternoon or Saturdays in the morning) in Warsaw or another location in Poland agreed upon by the organizers.
The workshops cover a wide range of topics tailored to the diverse educational and professional backgrounds of participants (with a strong focus on soft skills such as leadership development, negotiation, public speaking, team management, and building business strategies based on intellectual sports).
The workshops are led by individuals holding key roles in member companies of the Polish Association of Construction Employers (PZPB) as well as external experts.
The MLB program is cyclical, and each year a new edition will take place.
Each cycle of the MLB Program ends with participants preparing a joint project in the form of a report on a significant issue for the construction market, which is then presented to industry media during the official closing gala of that edition of the MLB Program.
