I come from the gorgeous region of Podlasie, where my passion for bridge was born—a beautiful game to which I owe many successes, both professional and personal.

I have been active in the construction industry for over 20 years, holding key management positions in international corporations. In my career, I have been responsible not only for the Polish market but also for Slovakia and the Czech Republic. I supervised and managed companies in Germany and the Benelux countries, and as a member of the Supervisory Board, I oversaw the company’s operations in Finland. Throughout these activities, I have never forgotten bridge—a sport through which I learned patience, teamwork, and making the right decisions without complete information, often under time pressure.

As part of the foundation, I offer advice on how bridge can positively impact our professional lives and help develop skills that are incredibly valuable in business, such as analytical, logical, and strategic thinking, teamwork, learning from mistakes, drawing conclusions, and handling stress and setbacks.
